about me
I firmly believe that our sedentary lifestyles are at the root of most of our physical ailments and weight gain. People often underestimate their bodies' capabilities after years of inactivity.
From my extensive experience with personal training, spanning thousands of hours of one-on-one sessions, I've witnessed firsthand that it's possible to build muscle at any age. In your 30s and 40s, and even beyond in your 50s, 60s, and 70s, you can gain strength and lose body fat. It's about reversing the aging process.
The issue isn't simply "getting older." Scientific research has demonstrated that much of physical aging is a result of years of inactivity or suboptimal activity.
This is why I decided to help men and women be fit while living our modern lifestyle.
I want you to experience how well your body functions when doing the right type of training and eating the right type of food.
How it works:
STEP 1:
We meet in person or talk on the phone and you tell me all about your goals, fitness history, injuries, biggest obstacles, lifestyle and we get to know each other a little.
step 2:
Given the information you’ve given me, I will advise you what the ideal plan of action would be for you. How I think you will get from your starting point to your ideal ending point. We will discuss how much time and effort you can dedicate to this plan and how many sessions per week you’re able to do. (between 1-3 pw). Furthermore we will discuss which pack is best for you given your budget and availability.
STEP 3:
We will schedule your sessions and I will create your plan. Ideally you will have a fixed slot(s) each week. During the first few sessions I will understand your strengths, your weakness and improve your technique where necessary. Do no worry about having no experience, I will lead you through the movements at your own pace. After a few weeks we will assess the situation and make adjustments to your plan if necessary.

These graphs are designed to track your overall strength, endurance, mobility, bone density, joint health, and general well-being. While the data provided is an estimate, it aligns with my personal observations from working with clients. It's important to remember that it's never too late to improve your fitness. The second graph illustrates how well your body responds to training at any point in life, be it 30, 50 or later.
